Shipping policy

Welcome to Landing Mate! Below you will find all information regarding shipping your orders.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping on orders above a certain promotional amount (e.g., €50).


3. Delivery Areas

Currently, we ship to:

  • Mainland Portugal and Islands

  • European Union countries

  • Other international destinations upon request

If your location does not appear as available during checkout, please contact us to explore shipping options.


4. Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as CTT Expresso, Fedex, or other local and international services, depending on destination and the shipping option selected at checkout.


5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Mainland Portugal: 1–3 business days

  • Islands (Azores and Madeira): 3–5 business days

  • European Union: 4–8 business days

  • Other international destinations: 7–15 business days

These estimates are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, strikes, peak seasons etc...).


6. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.


7. Duties and Customs Fees

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend verifying with your local customs office before placing your order.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If this happens, we can reship your order once the additional shipping costs are covered.


9. Undelivered or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Note: Claims for lost shipments must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.
